Financial Policies
Tuition
Full tuition is due by program start date.
Tuition deferrals may only be possible for students receiving financial aid through the Canada Student Loan Program paid by installments.
Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available to qualified students enrolled in our Acupuncture Program.
No financial assistance for students enrolled in other programs.
Scholarships
Scholarships are offered annually for each academic year to the top students in each class.
In addition to academic performance, attendance and mannerism are also taken into consideration for scholarship evaluation.
A scholarship banquet is held towards the end of each calendar year. Scholarships and certificates will be issued at this time.

Refund Policy
Full or partial tuition may be refundable depending on the progress of scheduled classes. Our refund policy follows the guidelines of the Alberta Private Vocational School Act. A copy of the act is available at the Adminidtration Office.
Not all withdrawals will be accepted; the following circumstances and restrictions apply:
- A student must complete a withdrawal form and submit it to the Registration Office.
- Refunds will be based on the date withdrawal forms are received.
- Non-attendance will not automatically be considered as withdrawal. A refund will not be issued until a withdrawal form is completed.
Other Fees
Textbooks and Supplies
The cost for course material, textbooks and supplies range from $10 - $150 per course. A full-time student may expect to pay $300 - $900 in textbooks and optional materials per academic year.
