"As a graduate of ACATCM, I finished with my acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine designations. Professionally, I absolutely love what I do and helping patients regain their health is the best reward. The bonus with graduating from these designations is the ability to apply the knowledge and skill toward my other passion: fitness.

I’m heading into my 3rd season as a fitness/bikini model competitor. Competing and preparing for these shows can take quite a toll on the body and mind, but with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other modalities give me the competitive edge!

In my first show I placed first and won my professional card, which allowed me to compete at a National and World level with FAME. Since FAME, I’ve now competed with Alberta Body Building Association (ABBA) and placed 1st provincially. From there, I advanced to Canadian Body Building Federation (CBBF), where I placed top 3 at Nationals. This qualified me to compete at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classics, in March 2010, Canadian Natural Physique, in April 2010, and North America Championship, in September 2010.
