Please refer to the specific program you are interested in on the navigational panel to the left for detailed information.</p>\n<p>Students may start the program of their choice year-round, and can choose a combination of courses (Note: some courses require completion of prerequisite courses).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Master of Herbology</h3>\n<p>Students must meet ALL of the following criteria:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.</li>\n<li>Have completed a high school education with an Alberta high school diploma or non-Alberta equivalent, verified by transcript, with 60% or better in Grade 12 English, Mathematics.</li>\n<li>If previous schooling was in a language other than English, students must provide proof of passing a TOEFL exam.</li>\n<li>A successful interview with School Administration.</li>\n</ul>\n <div id=\"node-82\" class=\"section-2\">\n <h1 class=\"book-heading\">Application Procedures</h1>\n <p>To obtain application forms, please contact our <a href=\"http://www.acatcm.com/content/contact-us\">Registration Office </a>or <a href=\"http://www.acatcm.com/content/downloads\">download </a>them from our website. The completed forms must be submitted to our Registration Office, together with:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copies of certificates awarded and transcripts from other institutions that you have attended.</li>\n<li>Two recent passport-sized photographs.</li>\n<li>A non-refundable application fee of $100.00 in Canadian funds (Money Order preferred) payable to ACATCM.</li>\n<li>A letter of intent that states your background, motivation for choosing this profession, etc.</li>\n<li>Two referral letters from professionals such as an acupuncturist, TCM doctor, medical doctor or other health service provider, lawyer, accountant, bank manager, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Upon receipt of the above, an interview will be arranged either by telephone or in person.</p>\n<p>An acceptance letter will be sent to the successful applicants and will contain further instructions for class preparation and schedules.</p>\n </div>\n<div id=\"node-84\" class=\"section-2\">\n <h1 class=\"book-heading\">Application Deadlines</h1>\n <p><a href=\"http://www.acatcm.com/content/acupuncture-program\">Acupuncture program,</a> <a href=\"http://www.acatcm.com/content/tcmd-program\">TCMD program</a></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Deadline: July 31st, 2012</li>\n<li>Program Starting: September 7th, 2012</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br />\n<a href=\"http://www.acatcm.com/content/distance-learning-courses\">Distance Learning</a></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Deadline: N/A</li>\n<li>Program Starting: Year-Round</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br />\n<a href=\"http://www.acatcm.com/content/graduate-programs\">Graduate Programs</a></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Deadline: June 30th, 2012</li>\n<li>Program Starting: September, 2012</li>\n</ul>\n </div>\n<div id=\"node-85\" class=\"section-2\">\n <h1 class=\"book-heading\">Credit Transfer</h1>\n <ul>\n<li>Students who have completed equivalent courses in other institutions may apply for credit transfer.
