Where can I find the application?
At ACATCM, we offer two formats for the program application and encourage students to apply online for a more efficient process.
Online Application: Access the online application form through this link: https://www.acatcm.com/online-application/. Applicants can complete the digital form and attach the required documents such as transcripts and letters of intent.
Paper Application: Download the PDF version of the application form from the online application page. For students who prefer submitting a paper application, mail the completed form to the:

Please be advised that beginning in 2024, we may no longer offer paper applications. We highly recommend that students apply online through our website at https://www.acatcm.com/online-application/.
