We are happy to answer all of your questions during your tour and recommend that you prepare a question list for the administrators and current students before your site visit. Some recommended examples include:

My experience at ACATCM has been amazing! The teachers are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They explain things clearly and include many real-life cases, which have helped me learn a lot of practical skills. The school environment is great, and everyone is friendly, with plenty of learning resources available. Most importantly, they have their own internship facility, combining theory and practice, which is crucial for every student studying traditional Chinese medicine.
This school is notorious for prioritizing money over education and pressuring students to pay unnecessary fees under the table. The abundance of fake positive reviews does not reflect the reality of this place, which doesn't even deserve a single star.Despite claiming to be a Chinese medicine school, they show no respect for the principles of Chinese medicine. Their primary focus is money, and they gauge a student's success based on the amount of money they contribute under the table.Two years ago, I, as a Chinese medicine student in Ontario, sought to complete my practical hours at their clinic after moving back to Alberta. After getting confirmation from Benny Xu and the Vice President of my college in Ontario, I was led to believe that it would be feasible without any additional fees. However, upon arriving and meeting with Benny and Neo, I was confronted with unexpected and disrespectful behavior, including demands for substantial fees that were never previously mentioned.Despite the challenges, I persisted in trying to complete my hours, but encountered further obstacles. Even after my college provided all the required documents, I was continually ghosted and met with unprofessional behavior from the staff, including Kyle Picard and Lynda Smith. Apparently, all this was because I didn't pay them all those unnecessary under-the-table fees that were never mentioned before.The lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by the staff, including Kyle Picard and Lynda Smith, is unacceptable. Their focus on money and their disrespectful treatment of students make this school a poor choice for anyone seeking to become a reputable practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine.Kyle Picard claims to be a doctor and calls himself a "rising star" in the TCM world. I wasn’t aware that this was Hollywood. I thought TCM practitioners must follow the sayings in the Tao Te Ching: “Those who would take over the world never succeed… the wise never over-reach, over-spend, or over-rate.” What do I know? I thought Kyle was the professional.Lynda Smith is proud to call herself a Dr. on paper but doesn’t have the integrity or mannerisms to practice it in person. If only these people presented themselves more respectfully, I would have the pleasure of calling them doctors.If you are seeking a respectful and ethical environment to pursue your education in traditional Chinese medicine, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This school falls short of even the most basic standards of professionalism and integrity.It is a shame that this is a Chinese medicine school, yet their administrators and presidents are egoistic and money-hungry.

I have been patient at the Clinic forover 10 years. It is part of my health practice to use acupuncture as a way to maintain my body and reduce pain due to a childhood illness. I don’t mine to go and see the students, who are on the final stage of their program and give them the opportunity to “practice” what they have learned. They’re very professional, always show interest, enthusiasm and respect. I highly recommend acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine as a treatment, instead of other options that might have side effects. I cannot live well without it.

I have been coming to both there clinics for treatment for my condition. The training they receive is suburb due to my experience with the doctors. The doctor is see helps the students train and practice, she is amazing at what sue does and the student will be very talented with her guidance.
Has been using this clinic for over 12 years, Dr. Li Yang fixed all my issues: shoulders and knee pain which borthed me for more than 8 years, removed my hot flash From manopause.Right now, he is treating my floaters.Dr. Benny Xu, helped me got away from 4 times of miscarriages back to 12 years ago which the hospital told me I can not have child (I got two boys after the treatments).This is the best clinic that I really command to any friends
